Symbols Problem Solved for List Titles

We have had a few reports of users not being able to use symbols (! @ # $ < > / + = etc) in list titles. This is annoying if you want to title your list "things due by 3/5" or "meeting @ 10AM". The software wouldn't give an error, but it wouldn't input your list either. It took me only a few minutes to find and fix the problem earlier this morning so hopefully all is well now.
